Gucci Mane Transferred To Another Jail
Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane has entered a not guilty plea in a Georgia court and has been transferred to another jail to face charges of violating his probation.
The rapper is denying allegations that he pushed a woman from a moving vehicle earlier this year.
Gucci, aka Radric Davis, had been in jail in Dekalb County for 12 days until being bailed out Wednesday; and as RumorFix first reported he was then transferred to Fulton County to face previous charges.
The man who makes people go "Brrr" is accused of violating his probation on two previous charges; aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Gucci's attorney Ashutosh Joshi tells RumorFix exclusively, "We were aware that he would not be released, we just wanted to get him to Fulton County to move forward on his probation violation."

Gucci Mane Bailed Out Of Jail 12 Days Later
RumorFix has learned exclusively that rapper Gucci Mane has been bailed out of Dekalb County Jail almost two weeks after he was arrested for allegedly throwing a woman out of a car.
Sources tell RumorFix that although the bail was only $5,700 friends and family were sick of Gucci's troubles so no one wanted to come to his rescue.
His attorney, Ashutosh Joshi, says the musician is denying throwing a woman out of his Hummer while driving down a suburban road in Atlanta in January.
Gucci, whose real name is Radric Davis, was formally charged with battery, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct on Tuesday.
Gucci is also wanted by Fulton County for a probation violation. RumorFix is looking into whether he's been transferred or will taste freedom.

Gucci Mane Arrested Again For Allegedly Pushing Woman Out Of Moving Hummer!
"He's in the news again. Radric Davis, who is more famously known as Gucci Mane, is not only in the news again...he's in jail again. This time he's charged with battery, a misdemeanor, but as a result of the arrest, he is also charged with violating his probation on previous charges. The rap star was taken into custody by DeKalb County Sheriff Deputies while he was visiting his probation officer at the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation Office on Sylvan Road in Atlanta. Gucci Mane was transported to the DeKalb County jail where was booked in and will wait for a probation hearing. The incident he is charged with happened on January 28th, according to an incident report from DeKalb County police. According to the report, Gucci Mane picked up a 36 year old woman at South DeKalb Mall in a white Hummer after he asked her if she wanted to go to breakfast. The alleged victim stated she had never met the suspect previously but knew of his musical profession according to the report. At one point the woman realized he wasn't taking her for breakfast. "(The woman) asked what was he doing and where were they going. Gucci Mane stated that he wanted to go to the hotel and that he would give her $150 dollars. (The woman) refused and stated just take me back to the mall, I can make my own money." The report said Gucci Mane leaned over the woman and opened the passenger side door while the vehicle was still in motion. "Gucci Mane shoved (the woman) several times in the side and shoulder area attempting to get her out of his vehicle." The report said the vehicle left the roadway and Gucci Mane was able to push (the woman) out of the vehicle which was still moving. According to the report, the woman was transported to Atlanta Medical Center complaining of soreness and pain. The woman was advised to apply for a warrant. "Detectives did not take out a warrant," said DeKalb Police spokesperson Mekka Parish. "In misdemeanor assault/battery cases the victim applies for warrants." The arrest Friday is the result of an April 1, 2011 Magistrate Court Hearing of the woman's complaint. Gucci Mane is no stranger to police in metro Atlanta. This arrest follows at least five other arrests in Fulton County alone since 2005." - Atlanta News

Gucci Mane Arrested For Pushing A Woman Out Of A Moving Vehicle
Gucci Mane is in trouble with the law yet again. The Atlanta rapper was arrested Friday (April 8) and charged with a misdemeanor count of battery for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle back in January.
WSB-TV Atlanta is reporting that Gucci (born Radric Davis) was arrested while visiting his probation officer at the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation Office by the DeKalb County Fugitive Squad. MTV News obtained the incident report from the DeKalb County police, and the details are eye-opening.
On the morning of January 28, the victim, a a 36-year-old Atlanta resident, was at the South DeKalb Mall when she was approached by a male driving a white Hummer who turned out to be Gucci Mane. The victim says Gucci asked if she wanted to get breakfast and she entered the vehicle after agreeing. However, once in the vehicle, Gucci allegedly offered the victim $150 to "go to the hotel." It is when she refused and asked to be returned to the mall that the rapper allegedly leaned over to open the passenger side door and proceeded to shove her out of the car, after several tries, while the vehicle was in motion.
According to the report, the victim "had redness on her left side/back area." Although she had never met the "Lemonade" rapper before, she stated that she was familiar with his music and "recognized an 'ice cream cone' tattoo on the suspect's face."
According to Mekka Parrish of the DeKalb County Police Department, the warrant stemmed from an April 1 court date, where it was likely issued. These latest charges may lead to another jail sentence for Gucci Mane, who was released from Fulton County Jail after serving six months of a yearlong sentence for a parole violation on an aggravated assault conviction.
Although the crime he is currently charged with is a misdemeanor, Gucci will probably be charged with violating his parole again. Gucci is currently being held at the DeKalb County Jail on $5,000 bond and will face a judge on Saturday.
